Garden Fires

I am very angry that residents chose to have garden fires in the middle of the day when the sun is shining gloriously, and people have their washing out and also means that i cant have my windows open on a hot day like this...i have had to get all my washing off the line too..why cant people be more considerate when having fires, when we have a fire we wait till early evening when their is no washing out..i will be contacting stratford council about this, as surely there must be conditions about having garden fires. 989

no rules over bonfires,unfortunately there is never atime that suits everyone. 997
