PARISH COUNCIL MEETING MONDAY, 9TH JANUARY 2012
The following items were discussed.
1.

Flood Defence - progress is being made and a scoping study is targeted for
completion by March this year.

Stratford District Council Local Development Framework - this will be
discussed at the February meeting of the Parish Council. The review of the Parish Plan will start in the next few weeks.
3.
 Foxhunter - a planning application is being prepared by the owners of the site for submission in the near future.
4.

Litter/ fly tipping - please be vigilant as litter dumping/ fly tipping in the village
continues to be a problem. It is possible for you to notify Stratford District Council of any such cases by going to its website and searching "fly tipping", then clicking on "Report It". You can complete and submit the form, reporting the location and extent of the problem and the Council will clear the litter.


The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held in the Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday, 13th February 2012..
