Proposed extension to rear of existing dwelling (re-submission of 06/00806/FUL)
06/01427/FUL
Submission Objection - on the grounds that the size and positioning of the extension is in conflict with the Green Belt Policy PPG2 and PR2 (3.3.4) in that the size is over the 30% of the current property
This property was extensively increased in size in late 1980 and the original footprint needs to be established so that an accurate calculation can be made
Although the proposed extension has been reduced in size, in the Council's opinion it will still take light from No.4, Pigeon Green. It is therefore in conflict with DEV1 (95.2.4a)
