| (a) | Planning Enforcement
Matters The Clerk read a letter from Mr. Lech Kocon, Planning Enforcement Officer, in relation to Corner Cottage, The Green. It was stated that the Council's solicitor is to be instructed to commence proceedings to issue an Enforcement Notice requiring the removal of gates and piers The Chairman said that he was concerned about the poor performance of the Enforcement Officers. Also, the Planning Officers' apparent lack of knowledge of the Parish Plan in considering Planning Applications It was agreed that the Chairman should meet with the Chief Executive of the District Council to discuss these matters The Clerk undertook to arrange |

| Councillor Mrs. Morlidge Reported that there was evidence of moles in the Cemetery and Small Playing Field Asked about the current situation with regard to the commemorative tree which had been in Atteys Field Asked for action to be expedited regarding the street lamp at The Knob The Clerk undertook to follow up these items Councillor Miss Kimberley Enquired about the use of electronic circulation of the local Police Newsletter Councillor Fitchford Raised the matter of the speed of vehicles travelling in Pigeon Green It was agreed that this was a matter of concern and that consideration should be given to the provision of traffic calming, as set out in the Parish Plan There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Meeting closed at 8-45 p.m. |
