- Each match starts level
- The pair that loses the first game starts the second
game with a 15-0 advantage (server starts serving from the left)
- If the same pair loses the second game, they start
the third game with a 30-0 advantage (server starts from the right).
If they win that third game, their advantage returns back to 15-0 for
the fourth game.
- In other words, each game starts with the previous
game’s winners losing 15 points. The advantage oscillates during
the whole match, depending on how well you are doing.
- BUT
- The advantage at the start of any game is limited to 30-0
- If the match reaches 6-6, abandon the above rules
and play the 13th game as a normal tie break. It’s
important to note down the tie break points score as these might be
needed in case of a draw overall across the group.
