Well folks, we have three matches left. I am assuming the League give us the points against Littleton C who seem not to intend playing us either Home or Away, saying they cannot field a side. League rules say we get the points. League Organiser has not confirmed this to me. Results so far: Played 11, Won 4, Drawn 3 and lost 3. Our bogie sides have been Ardencote and Inkberrow C against which we were not able to field a strong side. It might have meant no defeats this year! We have 23 points so far if we get the 8 from Littleton. Next match is Inkberrow C at Home 1/3/09. We need a result here, a strong team can do it! I am then trying to rearrange our weather postponed match with Inkberrow D. We should win this 4-0 (famous last words!) for 8/3/09. Season concludes with our next home match v. Ilmington who are likely to be stronger this time around, on 15/3/09. The season soon goes by. 622
