STALL BOOKING FORM

I would like to take up your offer of running a stall at the 2008 Snitterfield Village Fete on Sunday, 22nd June 2008

•	A 'pitch' constitutes a space the size of one trestle table: you will need to provide your own table(s) and gazebo/awning/small marquee if needed.

•	Pitch positions will be allocated in advance. If you have any special requirements please discuss them with us in advance. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

•	Setting up stalls between 9.00am and 11.30am.

No vehicles will be allowed on site for setting up after 10.45am.
All vehicles must be off site before 11.30am.
