SNITTERFIELD VILLAGE FETE 2012

Hello and welcome to our Village Fete 2012

Catching the excitement and energy surrounding the Olympics this year, we have decided to hold our own Snitterfield Games organised by Onside Coaching and, in the ring this year, we are lucky enough to again have Rhett Bird, International Dressage Rider and Trainer, who is performing Dressage to music.

As the Pimms Tent was such a success last year, we have decided to have it again as well as our old favourites the ever popular Dog Agility Group from Leamington Kennel Club and, new this year, Duck Herding as well as the wonderful Warneford Radio.

Just a word this year about the proceeds of the Fete. We do hope you have all enjoyed the wonderful display of spring bulbs around the village this spring – mostly thanks to the hard work and organisation of Sally Hopkinson – and also the new bench on Stocks Trees Green, all of which have been financed by the Village Fete, as well as our usual contributions to the Fireworks, Thursday Club, SACC and other village causes.

If you live in Snitterfield or its surrounding area and have a local project which needs funding or have an idea which would benefit the village and would like the Fete Committee to allocate some funds this year please let us know.
As always we thank you for your support and we hope you enjoy your day and come back next year.

The Village Fete Committee
The Fete Committee is made up of representatives of interested individuals and village groups such as The Snipe Magazine, WI, Garden Club, Church, SACC and the Snitterfield School. We are always looking for more members. We would love to hear from anyone who would like to get involved.
